How to Request Data Deletion
If you have used our services through WhatsApp or Facebook and would like to request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to: ibrahim_cholak@abv.bg
- Use the subject line: “Request for Data Deletion”
- Include your:
- Full name
- Phone number used in WhatsApp
- Any relevant details to identify your data
We will process your request within 30 days, according to GDPR and Meta policies.
If you no longer wish to use our services, uninstalling the application from Facebook/WhatsApp will also remove access to your data.
